For the first time, Equip’Hotel is pleased to welcome wine service to the tradeshow and EuroCave will play a key role in this new adventure.
It makes perfect sense – the creator of the wine cabinet, a French brand, the gold standard worldwide for wine storage: EuroCave will naturally be present to organise these new high points at the Equip’Hotel tradeshow.
Events, competitions, sales demonstrations… EuroCave will run Masterclasses with its sommelier partners around the theme of storing and serving wine. Practical workshops to share best practice and recommend areas for development in terms of serving wine by the glass, in order to increase your turnover.
Already a partner of UDSF (Union de la Sommellerie Française – Union of French wine service), EuroCave is also the ideal partner to be present at an unmissable event: the final of Meilleur Sommelier de France (France’s top sommelier).
Measuring over 400m2, the Wine & Spirit Center will be a place for people to meet and exchange information, sometimes in workshop mode and sometimes with a more convivial layout with a wine bar, and where, in both cases, wine service will be at the heart of discussions.
The wines served will, of course, be brought to the correct serving temperature in a EuroCave appliance and visitors will be able to see a few of the products offered by the brand in this area.
